How we can help with Employment Law
Employment law has long been a hot topic in Parliament. In 2024, the new Labour government introduced the Employment Rights Bill which promised to bring forward 28 individual employment law changes. These cover all sorts of reforms, including parental leave, statutory sick pay and flexible working.
There are also imminent changes coming to employment rights. These changes are expected to become law in 2026 and will apply to all businesses across the UK. We’ll be watching the bill as it works its way through Parliament and ready to advise all our clients about relevant changes when the time is right.
Contact us if you want to be sure your policies and procedures are up to date with current employment law – or for reassurance that you will be kept up to date with all the incoming changes.
