GFHR is an independent HR consultancy based in Tunbridge Wells. We work with a whole range of small and medium sized organisations from a variety of industries based in Southeast England.

GFHR was started by Gemma Farina in 2010. Gemma has been MCIPD chartered since 2006 and completed her CIPD Professional Qualification Scheme in 2003. She also has a degree in Sociology from the University of Leicester and has worked in recruitment, management consultancy, retail and property sectors. She is now supported in the business by a growing team and between us we offer the full range of HR support services.

Putting people first

We put the ‘human’ in Human Resources. After all, HR is about people. And they are the most valuable asset your business has.
